Having explored the world, Michael now applies his exceptional experience to getting the most taste and flavour from food sourced, from local suppliers within our community. You will find we take great pride in infusing country cooking traditionality into our reimagined modern classics.
We are experts in event management and offer several elegant spaces for smaller events and meetings including the beautiful Orangerie Room and the Spa and Stag Rooms. Our exceptional function room with large floor to ceiling windows, and private outside spaces, including the courtyard and the Gazebo lawn is perfect for parties from 120 – 350 people.
