We take our food very seriously. All our food is cooked to order and our award winning Head Chef Michael McKnight and his team use only the finest ingredients, sourced locally from the most reputable butchers, fishmongers, green grocers and specialist food suppliers.
As a continued commitment to upholding the ethos of our "Taste of Ulster" award winning standards, we strive to source our food from local suppliers, and proudly serve Abernethy butter, Hannon's Meats, East Coast Seafoods, and many others.
The Gilmore Restaurant is opened each day from 7 am serving breakfast right through to dinner.
Hours of opening Monday - Saturday 7 am - 9 pm and Sunday to 8.30 pm.
