The stylish and informal Gilmore Restaurant offers an excellent, relaxed all-day dining experience. The Gilmore Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily and offers a quality Sunday Lunch, with options for all the family. The Gilmore Restaurant delivers on comfort, style, taste and quality as standard, with a warm welcome and friendly service from our experienced team.
With an honest approach to food our Head Chef Paddy Casey and his team, offer locally sourced, seasonal dishes presented in their own contemporary style, combined with a superb and imaginative wine list that will suit any palate. Dining at the Gilmore Restaurant an experience to be repeated regularly.
As the menu is modified several times per year to incorporate seasonality, the flavours and themes are constantly fresh and exciting, promising a sensational dining experience on every occasion.
The Gilmore Restaurant opens for evening service from 4.00 pm daily, advance booking is highly recommended.
