Black Friday Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Offer applies to monetary gift vouchers only, with 15% extra value added at the time of purchase.

  • Vouchers are available to purchase until 30 November 2025.

  • Valid for use 1 January – 29 February 2026, excluding Saturday 14 February 2026.

  • Not valid for wedding accommodation or wedding package payments.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be protected as cash.

  • Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

  • Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for hotel goods and services:

    • Where the bill exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of use.

    • Where the bill is lower, no change will be given; any remaining balance will remain on the voucher and must be used within the valid dates.

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed 3 days after purchase.

  • Millbrook Lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
