Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made by 12.00noon local time, 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid the penalty of one night's room charge. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the cost of one room nights’ accommodation for all rooms reserved.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a guarantee or prepaid deposit. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card or debit card, cash deposit or Millbrook Lodge gift voucher

Pet and Guide Dog Policy

Guide dogs only permitted, advance notice must be given.

Age & Dress Code Policy

Each department of the hotel has a dedicated age policy and dress code. Please contact the hotel directly if you require further information.

Child Supplements

Available on a per night B&B rate as shown below. Child supplements are subject to room type and availability and must be pre-booked. Please contact the hotel to find out more about costs for this.

Cots

We are delighted to provide cots for children up to two years of age with our compliments.  Please check availability 

Payment

Payment is requested on arrival for the total accommodation stay.  Additional extras can be paid on departure.

Check Out

Check out is between 7.30am and 11.00am Monday – Friday, and 8.30am – 11.00am Saturday and Sunday.  We ask that you settle your bill the night before if you are leaving before 7.30am Monday-Friday or 8.30am Saturday and Sunday.

Chip & Pin

Pin verification is required at all times when using a debit or credit card. 

Gift Cards and E-Vouchers

Monetary gift cards and E-vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. *Please note after 7 years from date of purchase, due to financial handling procedures, all gift card and e-voucher information will be expunged, and the voucher will be invalidated. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services throughout Millbrook Lodge. All purple vouchers purchased on and before 01/11/2021 will expire on 31/12/2023.  Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel and the gift voucher number stated at the time of booking.  A card number will also be required at this stage to secure your booking

Monetary vouchers can be used as full or part payment. No change will be given. Vouchers are non-refundable. Millbrook Lodge reserves the right to cancel the gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. The hotel and Net Affinity will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost or stolen. Gift vouchers purchased via the Millbrook Lodge website may not be redeemed within 7 days from date of purchase.
